In one secure environment you manage company documents, share them with clients and colleagues, create and generate documents from templates, sign contracts electronically and handle the Czech data box — without switching between several tools.
For P&T Europe Services clients whose payroll we process, Claudyx data storage is free. It is used for secure exchange of source documents, payslips and files between you and our payroll office. You can add more modules and features at any time — electronic signing, document templates or data-box management.

What is Claudyx? +
Claudyx is a Czech cloud platform where a single login lets you manage company documents, share files, sign contracts electronically and handle the Czech data box (ISDS). It replaces several separate tools with one application.
Is Claudyx free for payroll clients? +
Yes. Clients whose payroll we process at P&T Europe Services get Claudyx data storage for free — for secure sharing of source documents, payslips and files. Additional modules and features (signing, templates, data box) can be added anytime.
Where can I find Claudyx pricing? +
Current pricing and plans are available directly at claudyx.com. For payroll clients the basic storage is free; additional modules can be added as needed.
Is the data secure and GDPR compliant? +
Yes. Data is encrypted (AES-256, TLS 1.3), servers are exclusively in the EU, access is protected by enforced multi-factor authentication (MFA) and every action is recorded in the audit log. A data processing agreement (DPA) is included by default.
Can Claudyx connect to our own storage? +
Yes, Claudyx can use its integrated storage or connect to your AWS S3, Azure Blob, SharePoint or Google Drive. An API with access tokens is also available.
Can we manage the data box for multiple companies? +
Yes. Claudyx supports multiple data boxes and multiple company entities with per-user permissions and automatic synchronization every 15 minutes.
